- Permission users. We'll grant access to users - and specific information – entirely at your direction.
- Accept your index in any format. You can email us a file in any format. You can scan or fax us a hand written index. You can even dictate your index to the project manager. We'll take care of it for you.
- Reorganize your VDR. We'll reorganize your index of files and folders on your behalf - no matter how complicated.
- Accept files sent via any method. Whether via email or carrier pigeon, we'll accept your files and post them to your data room for you.
- Retrieve information you need. We'll gather information from websites, such as sec.gov, and post them to the VDR for you.
- Provide embedded project managers. If needed, RR Donnelley can place personnel on your premises to work alongside your team on a permanent basis.
