- Password updates: The Venue system prompts users for a password change every sixty days and accounts are locked after ninety days of inactivity.
- Reporting: Instantly generate 30-day snapshots of user activity, login history and most commonly viewed documents, or enter filters to tailor your reports exactly how you want them.
- Alerts: You can receive email notifications of predefined updates on activity within your data room.
- Encryption: All data communication between Venue and its users is secured with 128-bit encryption, and all documents uploaded into Venue are virus scanned using Symantec® technology.
