Active public company seeks simplicity for asset sales
Introduction:
Alliance Data is a leading provider of data-driven and transaction-based marketing and customer loyalty solutions. Experienced VDR users, the Alliance team leveraged Venue's intuitive feature set and obliging client services team to more smoothly and easily manage a number of transactions.
Challenge:
Highly familiar with VDR services, the team at Alliance was tasked with managing the disposal of several assets, and needed a data room that was easy to set up, easy to use, and had the highest level of security available. With numerous documents, multiple users, and varying levels of access, Alliance needed to be sure that the appropriate security requirements were in place.
Solution:
A savvy virtual data room user who had never experienced Venue before, the client was especially pleased that she was able to open her room, begin to bulk upload, and set the security levels and permissions for all users completely on her own, in under 24 hours. Despite her preference for the self-service model option, the client acknowledged that without Venue's 24/7 service team, the efficiency of the diligence and closing processes would have been compromised.
Result:
